Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Program Manager, IS oversees and work with assigned Projects/Project Managers to deliver projects according to the approved scope, schedule and budget. Work with Project Managers to manage/control project sponsor expectations and communications. Work with Project Managers to continually identify, prioritize, mitigate and report on project risks. Track and communicate project metrics through the use of status reports and other reporting tools as provide to the IS PMO and IS Management. Evaluate the project life-cycle for continuous improvement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Required:- 7+ years of experience of success managing a range of important, midsize-to-large projects with above-average levels of complexity and business criticality.
- Extensive background with project management processes, techniques and tools.
Preferred:- Experience in a healthcare environment.
Education/Licensure/Certifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Systems or combination of experience and study. Additional post-graduate work preferred.
Pay Scale Information $111,862.40-$149,136.00CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
