Minimum qualifications- 6+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
- Strong experience developing mobile applications for Android or iOS.
- Android: Strong Kotlin experience.
- iOS: Strong Swift experience.
- Experience with React Native is a strong plus.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs/backend services.
- Experience with mobile application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working in large monorepo codebases.
- Comfortable working with Amazon build tooling or similar large-scale build/development environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications based on client requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Design and implement mobile user interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work effectively within large monorepo codebases and complex development environments.
- Use and adapt to Amazon build tooling and related development processes.
- Stay current with mobile development technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
