How You'll Contribute:

As an Investment Operations Analyst or Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our investment portfolio. This includes trade processing, reconciliation, and maintaining investment data across systems. You will collaborate closely with Investment Strategy, Accounting, Risk, and external partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Review and process trade activity to ensure accurate settlement and confirmation
  • Reconcile cash, investment holdings, and trade activity across systems and custodians
  • Support derivative operations including margining, settlement, and counterparty reconciliation
  • Maintain and update security master data and assist with new security and portfolio setup
  • Communicate with brokers, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve trade or data discrepancies
  • Monitor trade settlements and proactively identify and escalate risks or issues
  • Contribute to reporting, audits, and ad hoc analysis requests
  • Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support documentation for portfolio activity, regulatory needs, and internal audits

Investment Operations Analyst:

Salary Range: $65,658.00-$90,280.00
  • Minimum of 1 year in an investments or investment operations related internship required
  • Familiarity in a team environment within trade operations
  • Building foundational knowledge of investment operations, systems, and processes
  • Working under guidance while developing technical skills and business acumen

Investment Operations Associate:

Salary Range: $86,833.00-$119,395.00
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in trade operations and working in a trading platform required.
  • General understanding of ISDAs, CSAs & MCAs
  • Familiarity with utilities such as SWIFT, FIX, DTC and Aladdin preferred

What You'll Bring:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., trading platforms, Aladdin, Bloomberg) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about markets, systems, and processes

Physical Requirements:
  • Primarily sedentary work with extended periods of sitting and computer use

Compensation and Pay Philosophy:The pay range for this role is either $65,658.00-$90,280.00 for an Analyst or $86,833.00-$119,395.00 for an Associate . This reflects the expected compensation for the position at the time of posting. The final offer will be based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity, and may be higher or lower than the posted range. The pay range is subject to change in the future in accordance with applicable laws. EquiTrust is committed to fair and competitive compensation that considers individual and organizational needs.
