The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for LUSA inventory controlling functions across the network, focused on our LHD business unit. Employee is responsible for: inventory control, storage/picking strategy management, losses, inventory accuracy and cycle counting. For continuous improvement, finding opportunities for improvement, which includes troubleshooting, determining root causes with a goal of facilitating progress and reduce costs, both in terms of expenditures and workflow inefficiencies. For SAP, being a Key User and ensuring training and development of others in ERP/WMS systems.

- Analyze Existing Inventory Processes using various continuous improvement methods.
- Lead key projects, audit for improvement identification across the warehouse and inventory areas.
- Supervise inventory analyst(s) and collaborate with warehouse leadership, internally and with external 3PL partners, to re-engineer processes as needed to drive improvement.
- Establish measurable standards, and monitor progress, of both day-to-day activities and focused improvement projects.
- Serve as a coach who coordinates workshops and team trainings, openly sharing their guidance and technical expertise and ensuring that learning resources are widely available.
- Verify and maintain proper inventory accuracy to meet internal and external customer needs
- Ensure all required inventory counts are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all reports, losses, adjustments, reconciliations, and tasks are completed timely and accurate manner. Identify insights and actions to improve results.
- Conduct various work investigations, problem solving, data collecting and work assignments for operations management.
- Provide inventory process knowledge, including training, improvement initiatives, process tools and methodologies.
- Use SAP to manage inventory transactions and reporting
- Review and approve inventory adjustments, transfers, and corrections in SAP
- Investigate and resolve SAP discrepancies between system records and physical counts or warehouse management systems
- Maintain data accuracy (material, status, storage location, batch, serial, UOM)
- Generate SAP reports to track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, turns, and shrink

- Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, programs and processes to improve operational efficiencies and reduce/eliminate production waste and spoilage.

QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Prior Inventory Control Supervisor/Management experience required.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information, and develop alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations, and uses reasoning.
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
- Knowledge with warehouse management software, experience required.
- Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.
- Presentation skills necessary to articulate results, facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals.
- Ability to develop effective methods for tracking and monitoring data or information.
- Must possess the ability to think critically, analyze data, resource discrepancies with accuracy and have data integrity.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
- Ability to operate in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt in a changing work environment.
- Preferably has SAP experience in ECC or S4 Hana
