• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
  
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other key performance indicators.
• Build dashboards and reports that highlight inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements, including product traceability, transaction documentation, product verification, record retention, and suspect-product investigations.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop standard operating procedures and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members while establishing clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new pharmacy locations, system implementations, and operational expansions.

You are an inventory management professional who knows how to turn data into practical process improvements. You have hands-on experience investigating discrepancies, building inventory controls, and improving accuracy in complex operations. You understand how inventory integrity affects financial performance, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong experience working with WMS, preferably Tecsys
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory transactions, operational data, and process documentation.
• Working knowledge of inventory control methods, including cycle-count programs, adjustment controls, inventory aging, and loss prevention.
• Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, enterprise resource planning, or similar systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Net Suite or Power BI
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures and inventory controls.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing or supervising inventory-related work and measuring team performance.

• Experience managing pharmaceutical or healthcare inventory.
• Working knowledge of Drug Supply Chain Security Act requirements and pharmaceutical product-traceability processes.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits, inventory compliance reviews, or corrective and preventive action plans.
• Experience with product verification, quarantine, returns, recalls, suspect-product investigations, or pharmaceutical inventory disposition.
• Experience implementing inventory systems, reporting tools, workflow automation, or other inventory technology improvements.
• Experience supporting inventory operations across multiple locations.
• Experience using SQL, business intelligence tools, or data-visualization platforms.

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Salary Range: $ 132,800 - $166,000
