This position reports to:Planning & Fulfillment Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
The work model for the role is:
Onsite You will be mainly accountable for:
- Coordination with Third party Logistic, ensuring on time material availability on production lines
- Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
- Implement process improvements/ Digitalization / Automation in the warehouse
- Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.
- Perform annual physical inventory
- Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
Job Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in business or related field with minimum 3 years or equivalent High School Diploma with minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse operation / Logistics
- Mandatory SAP knowledge in WM/ MM / PP module
- Experience in manpower handling
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and understanding of an ERP system, SAP highly preferred.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration

Time offSalaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy.
While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $83,300 and $133,280 annually.
