Responsibilities

  • Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and heating/cooling systems for commercial and institutional buildings
  • Lead and coordinate mechanical design from schematic phase through construction documents
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions
  • Develop and maintain high quality Revit models and engineering drawings for various systems
  • Integrate energy modelling, BIM, value engineering, and lifecycle costing to optimize mechanical systems
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including client meetings and presentations
  • Contribute innovative mechanical solutions for green and high-performance building projects

How you'll make a difference:

  • Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and heating/cooling systems for commercial and institutional buildings
  • Lead and coordinate mechanical design from schematic phase through construction documents
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, structural engineers and electrical engineers to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions
  • Develop and maintain high quality Revit models and engineering drawings for HVAC, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection systems for commercial and institutional buildings
  • Integrate energy modelling, BIM, value engineering, and lifecycle costing to optimize mechanical systems
  • Manage day to day project activities, including client meetings and presentations
  • Contribute innovative mechanical solutions for green and high performance building projects


Who you are:
