Full Job Description
As an Integrations Partner Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for owning Vanta's partnerships with the vendors that our customers use every day, helping us unlock powerful integrations and long-term collaborative relationships across the market. You will help Vanta's product teams gain the access, tooling, and expertise they need to build first-party integrations, while also enabling and motivating partners to develop high-quality integrations on top of Vanta's APIs. Ultimately, you will own growth and ROI in Vanta's integration ecosystem through a blend of Vanta-built and partner-built experiences that scale with the needs of our customers. This will require strong relationship management, deep cross-functional collaboration across teams, comfort with engineering, design, field enablement, legal, and procurement topics, and some technical fluency.

You'll be part of Vanta's Automation group, which owns how customers discover and connect to other platforms through integrations, use that data to power product experiences and tests, drive customers toward compliance-related security outcomes, and ultimately generate the evidence required for audit. You will play a direct role in enabling customers to connect the right integrations with the right capabilities to meet their compliance, security, and continuous monitoring goals.

What you'll do as a Integrations Partner Manager at Vanta:
  • Manage the integration partner program, defining the program and its requirements, sourcing new partners, pairing with other GTM partner teams, and fostering relationships with technical partners to unlock new opportunities to build together, ensuring continued access, quality, and vendor engagement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand integration use cases and partner with vendors to unlock the access, environments, and technical support needed to realize them. You'll work especially closely with Vanta's Integrations team to help improve both partner platforms and Vanta's integration APIs.
  • Identify and encourage technical partners to build on Vanta's integration APIs, evangelising for Vanta's customers and goals and managing them through the technical partner program. You're regularly plugged into new and emerging companies and industry-standard vendors.
  • Create and measure goals around partner tiering, relationship development, ROI, and other customer-facing impacts over time
  • Manage contracting, access agreements, and procurement with partners, working and improving the process to create a predictable new partner engagement model.
  • Contribute to Vanta's enablement and marketing motions, helping articulate the story of how Vanta and its vendors create value together, both for existing customers and prospective partners building on the platform. You'll help identify new opportunities to co-build and co-market and have a real impact on revenue.


How to be successful in this role:
  • Have 6+ years owning and activating strategic technical partner portfolios within a fast growing SaaS or platform ecosystem. You've helped product development teams get unblocked and build great integrations before.
  • Demonstrate a consistent record of success in building and managing integration partnerships, with measurable ROI and clearly defined partner tiers that reflect impact and performance. You know your metrics and how to engineer them.
  • Come with an outcome-focused, organized approach to partner management that makes it easy for stakeholders to understand who we are engaged with, what's next, and where blockers exist
  • Have experience operating between internal and external teams, with an eye toward collaboration with Product, Field, and Procurement/Legal teams on both sides
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Preferred: bring an established network within the SaaS/integrations ecosystem, with a track record of measurable partner impact (e.g., faster integration delivery, improved adoption, or partner satisfaction)
  • Preferred: possess general technical skills in the integrations domain, with comfort around concepts like APIs and schemas
