Full Job Description
As a Product Manager on our Wealth Products Solutions team, you will shape digital experiences that give Empower customers greater clarity and confidence in their financial decisions. You will focus on financial planning, investing, and guidance experiences across retail and workplace channels, helping customers understand their financial position, evaluate options, and take informed next steps.

You will bring strong product judgment, analytical rigor, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across design, engineering, research, compliance, and business teams.

What You Will Do
  • Influence product strategy and identify opportunities that help customers make progress toward their financial goals
  • Define and improve digital experiences related to our investing tools and capabilities
  • Own and improve key investment portfolio analysis tools and product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and delivery
  • Partner with design to simplify complex financial concepts into intuitive, accessible, and actionable experiences
  • Use customer research, usability testing, product and behavioral analytics, market research, and experimentation to inform product decisions and improve outcomes
  • Partner with engineering, design, and research to define product requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality products
  • Build alignment across senior leaders, legal, compliance, business, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, completion, conversion, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems, validate hypotheses, and identify opportunities to improve product development and delivery
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesize insights, develop product requirements and PRDs, analyze data, explore solutions, and improve the quality and speed of product development


What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing digital products and collaborating with engineering, design, and research teams
  • Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, product requirements, delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Strong product judgment, prioritization, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Analytical and critical-thinking skills, including experience translating quantitative and qualitative data into product decisions
  • Experience using customer research, usability testing, product design and UX principles, data and product analytics, behavioral analytics, KPIs, or experimentation to inform product decisions
  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile product development environments
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for product management activities such as research, requirements development, analysis, discovery, or communication


What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, retirement, investing, digital advice, financial planning, workplace benefits, or other regulated product environments
  • Experience navigating the full product lifecycle and simplifying complex financial concepts into customer-friendly digital experiences
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics, behavioral analytics, funnel analysis, experimentation, and data visualization tools such as Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Heap, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Ability to independently investigate customer behavior, monitor funnels and KPIs, and translate insights into product improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, discovery, analysis, and communication

Base Salary Range
$96,100.00 - $135,700.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
