Performs functional and technical design, prototyping, process and workflow mapping, testing, user training, and implementation support. Defines support procedures and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, system functionality, and operational efficiency. Education & Experience Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: N/A Preferred Qualifications: Workday Pro accreditation, Experience supporting or developing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Student Information Systems (SIS) applications. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems, application development, programming logic, and emerging technologies. Skilled in designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex applications and systems. Ability to analyze user requirements, develop technical solutions, coordinate system implementations, and maintain comprehensive system functionality across enterprise environments. Responsibilities: - Collaborates with academic departments, faculty, and administrative leadership as part of a team to ensure the successful integration of new business processes within enterprise business systems. - Assists in the design, development, implementation, and testing of business process solutions in response to end-user enhancement requests and operational needs. - Performs business process programming and provides training and technical guidance to staff regarding development tools, system functionality, and best practices. - Ensures the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, including functional specifications, test conditions, test plans, test data, and related implementation materials. - Supports process improvement initiatives and contributes to the effective deployment and optimization of enterprise business applications. - The duties listed are general in nature and are examples of the duties and responsibilities performed and are not meant to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.
