CGI Montre9al is looking for an Integration Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance integrations across our enterprise systems. Your future duties and responsibilities:• Architect and develop integration solutions supporting enterprise-wide needs
• Collaborate with solution architects, functional analysts and business users to define and optimize system integration flows
• Define and document integration designs using BizzDesign and Archimate models
• Design and define microservices based integration architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring that proposed solutions meet the organization's scalability, security, and performance requirements
• Expose APIs through Apigee X, ensuring proper governance and security policies
• Leverage GCP Pub/Sub for event driven architectures and asynchronous processing
• Work closely with developers to support the implementation of integrations and ensure adherence to established best practices
• Test and validate integrations using Postman, ensuring reliability and compliance with requirements
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring development teams on best practices
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development and/or integration architecture
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly Pub/Sub, and microservices-based architectures
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and REST API development
• Experience with an API management platform, ideally Apigee X
• Experience with architecture modeling tools (BizzDesign, ArchiMate)
• Knowledge of integration testing tools such as Postman
• Strong listening skills and the ability to provide recommendations on architecture and integration best practices
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 70 000$ et 135 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
