Full Job Description
An Integrated Marketing Sr. Manager to architect and orchestrate the campaigns, content cadence, and cross-channel strategy that connect every corner of our marketing engine - brand, product marketing, content, demand generation, channel, and field - into one cohesive story that moves buyers from first impression to closed deal. This is not a single-channel execution role. You're the person in the room who sees the whole board: how a product launch, a piece of thought leadership, a paid campaign, a partner promotion, and a sales enablement asset should all reinforce the same narrative, in the same quarter, in front of the same buyer. You'll set the integrated marketing calendar, define how success is measured across the funnel, and hold every function accountable to a shared plan - while staying hands-on enough to build the brief, sharpen the creative, and fix the campaign that's underperforming. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution. You're fluent in both brand storytelling and pipeline math, and you know how to turn a quarterly GTM priority into a fully orchestrated, multi-channel program that a distributed, cross-functional team can actually run with. COMPENSATION RANGE: $130 - $155K Annually What You Will Do: Integrated Campaign Strategy & Architecture • Own the integrated marketing calendar, translating quarterly GTM priorities - product launches, competitive moments, seasonal themes - into unified, multi-channel campaign architecture. • Define the narrative arc for each campaign and ensure every channel - content, digital, paid, field, channel/partner, and PR - executes against the same message, audience, and timeline. • Set the standard for how ThreatDown plans, briefs, and launches integrated programs - creating repeatable frameworks other marketers can run with. Cross-Functional Orchestration • Serve as the connective tissue between Product Marketing, Content, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, Creative, and Sales - ensuring every function knows its role in the plan and when it's due. • Run integrated planning cycles and campaign retrospectives that keep teams aligned, unblock dependencies, and keep programs on schedule. • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to make sure integrated programs translate into real pipeline - not just activity. • Represent the integrated plan in leadership reviews, communicating status, risk, and results clearly to stakeholders and executives. Content & Brand Cohesion • Steward the editorial and campaign calendar so thought leadership, product content, and demand programs reinforce one another instead of competing for attention. • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to shape flagship assets - research reports, webinars, video series - that anchor each integrated campaign. • Protect message and brand consistency across every channel and region a campaign touches. Measurement & Optimization • Define what success looks like for each integrated program - engagement, pipeline contribution, velocity, and brand lift, not just MQLs - and build the reporting to track it. • Partner with Revenue Operations and Analytics to build dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of integrated program performance. • Use campaign data to continuously refine targeting, timing, and channel mix, and to make the case for where to double down. Team & Process Leadership • Mentor and coordinate the work of channel, campaign, and coordinator-level marketers contributing to integrated programs - without necessarily being their direct manager. • Own the tools, templates, and rituals - briefs, calendars, retros - that make integrated marketing run smoothly as ThreatDown scales. • Manage budget allocation across integrated programs, ensuring spend maps to priority and ROI. Skills You'll Need to Have: • 7-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with meaningful time in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or another complex, technical buying environment. • A track record of building and running integrated, multi-channel campaigns - not just executing one channel well. • Experience partnering across Product Marketing, Content, Demand Gen, Channel, and Sales, with the credibility to align stakeholders who don't report to you. • Sharp strategic instincts paired with a genuine willingness to get into the details - the brief, the asset review, the underperforming campaign. • Strong command of full-funnel metrics and attribution, and comfort with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). • Excellent storytelling and editorial judgment - you know a strong campaign narrative when you see one, and can push back when one isn't there yet. • Experience managing marketing budgets and making ROI-based tradeoffs. • Prior people leadership or dotted-line team coordination experience is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Perks & Benefit: • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage • Employee Referral Bonus Program • Wellness programs • 401k and employer matching for (US Employees) • Comprehensive Time Off policy • An opportunity to do something great for yourself and the world! (Benefits and Perks subject to change by country/region)
