SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Multi layer project / high interactions with stakeholders .

1. Stakeholder Partnership & Communication: The candidate should lead a diverse range of stakeholders, communicate effectively by adapting their style and message to suit different audiences, and collaborate with key partners. They must have the ability to influence sponsors, the business, and other partners. Ongoing communication with key stakeholders, including the Project Sponsor, Business/Technology Project Owner, and Portfolio Director, is crucial to ensure everyone is aware of significant changes to the project status in a timely manner.

2. Ownership & Commitment: The individual will own the success of the project as it relates to the impact and experience of TD's customers. They should deliver and own project outcomes that align with established cost, timing, deliverables, and scope objectives. Additionally, they will be responsible for resolving issues to advance project objectives, managing project financials, and ensuring data quality and accuracy in financial reporting.

3. Business Knowledge: The candidate should link project goals to the business's objectives and customer impacts, navigating the organization to achieve results.

4. Risk Management: They should anticipate and effectively manage major risks, aligning decisions with TD's risk profile.

5. Process Adherence: The individual must execute and comply with TD's enterprise project methodology and governance standards while contributing to the methodology body of knowledge.

6. Judgment: Demonstrating financial acumen is essential. The candidate should identify and manage the impacts of project risks on financial outcomes.
