Job Description:
Instructional Systems Designer Entry Level
This entry -level Instructional Systems Designer position requires experience supporting the development, organization and delivery of training and/or educational programs for customer personnel. Delivery methods may include classroom instruction, web based training, focused briefings, multimedia presentation, or a combination of both.
The position will require experience in the methods used to develop and enhance instructional curriculum, as well as experience in adult learning practices. The candidate will maximize the use of multimedia and instructional technologies to coduct effective education and training.
Experience in various security disciples such as insider threat, security processing, adjudications, information assurance and counterintelligence is a plus.
Experience: 1 year experience in Instructional System Design
Experience Desired: Use of E-learning development software
Security Clearance: TS/SCI (with Poly)
Education: Bachelor's Degree or approximately 4 years' of related work experience
