This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York City, or Chicago.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We're looking for a Insights Program Manager to join our Marketing organization as a measurement and analytics thought leader, helping LinkedIn's teams turn data into sharper decisions and stronger customer outcomes. In this role, you'll harness LinkedIn's unique data using SQL, Tableau, and our internal platforms and AI tools - to build dashboards, insights, and tools that drive sales effectiveness, surface customer value, and inform roadmap priorities. You'll partner closely with Sales, Data Science, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on operational improvements, advance shared measurement methodologies, and explore emerging data technologies and AI modeling approaches that elevate how we work. You'll also serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, communicating complex insights clearly and championing data-informed decision-making across the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who loves solving ambiguous business problems with data, building tools that scale, and turning analytics into a strategic advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on operational improvements by collaborating closely with Sales Ops and other internal teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader on measurement methodologies within the Scaled Solutions Organization, promoting shared prioritization among partner teams.
  • Create requirements and project plans to drive deliverables on the roadmap, ensuring all projects align with customer value.
  • Leverage LinkedIn's unique data to develop innovative tools and insights that address business challenges and support sales outcomes.
  • Extract, analyze, and visualize data using SQL, Tableau, and internal systems to generate meaningful insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Upgrade and optimize existing dashboards and queries to improve consistency, speed, and reliability, and integrate automated checks for proactive issue identification.
  • Resolve complex user issues to ensure high-quality, stable tools and a quick turnaround on challenges for internal stakeholders.
  • Explore new data technologies and frameworks to evaluate applicability and present recommendations to enhance tool and process evolution.
  • Champion the use of data within sales, effectively communicating insights and elevating customer perspectives.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative/technical field
  • 2+ years of experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative/technical field
  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling
  • 5+ years of experience presenting to internal or external stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Presto, Hive, Spark SQL, Tableau)
  • 5+ years of experience with product analytics, data engineering, sales analytics, and/or data science

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $170,000.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
