Salary Range:
$98,000.00 - $163,300.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.

Job Title: Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM)

Location: Houston, Texas or Lake Forest, CA (HYBRID)

The job

The ICAM (Inside Channel Account Manager) at AVEVA is a key member of the Americas Channel team, acting as the operational and execution backbone for our indirect business. The role partners closely with CAMs and channel partners to drive pipeline growth, renewals, forecasting accuracy, and overall partner success across Salesforce and connected systems. It is a highly collaborative, fast paced environment where teamwork really matters. The team is supportive, detail-oriented, and focused on enabling partner performance while ensuring smooth execution across the channel business.

Key responsibilities

- Support CAMs and partners by helping manage sales opportunities from creation to close in Salesforce.

- Keep pipeline and forecasts accurate by cleaning up data and tracking deal progress.

- Help drive renewals and manage the run-rate business.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Contracts, Legal, Operations, Finance) to move deals forward and resolve issues.

- Support reporting and business insights to improve visibility into partner performance and execution.

Essential requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience consisting of at least five (5) years in a relevant role

- Strong Salesforce and Excel skills, with ability to manage data, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.

- Great communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with partners and internal teams.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
