Role Overview:
- Lead discrete workstreams or engagements within broader innovation or transformation engagements.
- Structure and drive research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable creation with minimal oversight.
- Translate business problems into solution hypotheses and rapidly prototype or test them using appropriate frameworks.
- Help clients de-risk and validate new ventures, platforms, or strategies through agile experimentation.
- Manage and grow client relationships.
- Mentor Analysts and contribute to Disruptive Edge's internal IP, playbooks, and culture.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Policy, Computer Science).
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, product strategy, corporate innovation, venture building, or similar.
- Track record of delivering client-ready outputs (decks, models, memos) under fast-paced conditions.
- Strong experience with primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and insight synthesis.
- Familiarity with or exposure to product discovery, rapid prototyping, and digital business models is preferred.
BenefitsWorking Conditions:
- Hybrid role based in Toronto, which requires domestic and international travel for client and company events.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Reports to Associate Partner.
Compensation:
- Base salary is between CAD$100,000 and CAD$125,000, plus performance-based incentives.
