What We're Looking For:

• Diriger la conception et l'architecture des stratégies et solutions de test, ainsi que leur mise en œuvre avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
• Co-développer, élaborer des stratégies et diriger des projets dans le domaine de la fabrication afin de créer des processus peu coûteux, hautement efficaces et durables dans le cadre des normes industrielles adoptées par Zebra.
• Tester le développement de logiciels ainsi que la conception matérielle de systèmes de test de fabrication pour l'étalonnage et les tests fonctionnels d'appareils électroniques et de produits électroniques opto-mécaniques. Ces produits comprennent des imprimantes spécialisées, des ordinateurs portables, des produits de numérisation laser et d'imagerie.
• Documenter les solutions de test, les dessins, les schémas et les spécifications conformément aux pratiques du département.
• Effectuer la validation des mesures et les critères d'acceptation à l'aide des outils d'analyse des systèmes de mesure
• (ASM) afin de valider le système de test conçu (Cpk, GR&R).
• Soutenir les tests des produits pendant la phase d'introduction des nouveaux produits (NPI) et assurer un
• soutien continu.
• Diriger les solutions de test de benchmarking vers les dernières technologies et tendances dans l'environnement de fabrication dans le but d'améliorer la qualité des produits, l'efficacité des lignes et le débit dans le cadre LSS et I4.0
• Apporter des modifications ou des mises à niveau aux systèmes existants. Améliorer et perfectionner les technologies existantes afin de les appliquer à de nouvelles solutions en recherchant de nouveaux outils pour analyser et résoudre les problèmes.
• Être capable d'échanger des idées et d'articuler des conceptions pour des systèmes de test avec des pairs et d'autres personnes dans le domaine de l'architecture de solutions.

• Lead designing and architecting Test Strategies and solutions along with their execution with other team members.
• Co-develop, strategize and lead projects in manufacturing space to create low cost, highly efficient and sustainable processes within Zebra adopted framework of Industrial standards.
• Test software development along with hardware design of manufacturing test systems for calibration & functional testing of electronic devices and opto-mechanical electronic products. Such products include specialty printers, mobile computers, laser & imaging scanning products.
• Document test solutions, drawings, schematics and specifications as per departmental practices.
• Perform Measurement validation and acceptance criteria using Measurement System Analysis (MSA) tools to validate the designed test system (Cpk, GR&R).
• Support product testing during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase as well as sustaining support.
• Lead in Benchmarking test solutions to latest technologies and trends in manufacturing environment with the goal to improve product quality, line efficiencies and throughput within LSS and I4.0 Framework
• Makes changes to or upgrades existing systems. Enhances and improves existing technologies to apply to new solutions seeking new tools to analyze and solve problems.
• Be able to echange ideas and articulate designs for test systems with peers and others in solution architectiure

Qualifications minimales requises.

• Baccalauréat en génie informatique ou génie électrique avec plus de 6 ans d'expérience
• Expérience en programmation avec les langages C++
• Connaissance de l'électronique numérique, des microcontrôleurs et/ou des ordinateurs x86 et/ou des systèmes embarqués
• Maîtrise des outils suivants : Microsoft Visual Studio, PC x86, Windows, Linux, oscilloscope et multimètre
• La maîtrise du français est obligatoire, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Qualifications souhaitées :

• La maîtrise de l'anglais est souhaitée, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
• La connaissance de la programmation de bases de données (SQL, MongoDB) et de la programmation Python est un atout
• La connaissance de SVN et GIT est un atout
• Connaissance de base d'Atlassian Confluence et Jira est un atout
• Connaissance avancée des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et Linux est un atout (scripts Shell, configuration, etc.)
• API RESTful est un atout
• Connaissance de la conception CAO et de Visio est un atout
• Connaissance en optique (photographie, vision numérique) est un atout
• Maîtrise de National Instruments Labview et TestStand est un atout

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering: Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience
• Experienced in programming using C++ languages
• Knowledge of digital electronics, microcontrollers, and/or x86 computers and/or embedded systems
• Proficient in using the following tools: Microsoft Visual Studio, x86 PC, Windows, Linux, Oscilloscope, and multimeter
• Fluency in French is mandatory, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is a preferred, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of database programming (SQL, MongoDB ) and Python programming is an asset
• Knowledge of SVN and GIT is an asset
• Basic knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira is an asset
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is an asset (Shell scripting , configuration, etc.)
• RESTful APIs is an asset
• Knowledge of CAD design and Visio is an asset
• Optical knowledge (photography, digital vision) is an asset
• Proficiency of National Instruments Labview and TestStand is an asset

Pay Range:
$89,200.00 - $133,800.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
