Roles & Responsibilities
Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers in networking, storage, compute, and virtualization.
• Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation with help from Scrum Master
Operations:
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of datacenter infrastructure services.
• Oversee daily operations and support activities across: Compute, Storage, Networking & Virtualization
• Lead incident response and participate in major incidents.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
Engineering:
• Define and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business growth.
• Lead datacenter modernization and transformation projects.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend strategic investments.
• Drive infrastructure standardization and best practices.
Capacity Planning & Lifecycle Management:
• Manage infrastructure capacity planning and forecasting.
• Oversee hardware refresh cycles.
Security & Compliance:
• Partner with security teams to implement infrastructure security controls.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support vulnerability assessments, audits, and remediation activities.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
Stakeholder Management:
• Manage rel ationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, cybersecurity, facilities, and operations teams.
• Provide regular operational updates to management and key stakeholders.
Automation:
• Drive operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
• Define infrastructure operational standards and documentation.
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Working in large multicultural teams in onsite-offshore Model
• Good customer facing communication skills and Team management skills
Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000 a year
