Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Infra Engineers with a strong senior systems administration mindset and hands on expertise across Linux, Windows, Ansible, IPsec, network firewalls, and enterprise infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise scalability, standards and documentation, consistency and automation, compliance requirements, security posture, and detailed troubleshooting. The candidate should be able to analyze symptoms across operating systems, services, network paths, and logs to efficiently isolate root causes and support teams in resolving complex infrastructure incidents.

• Strong senior systems administration experience and mindset
• Strong understanding of operating systems, including Linux/RHEL and Windows
• Strong understanding of TCP networking
• Experience with hypervisors and container technologies, including VMware, KVM, Xen, HyperV, LXC, and Docker
• Strong understanding of storage technologies, including SAS, NVMe, iSCSI, network file systems, and object storage such as S3
• Strong understanding of firewall, edge networking, and routing concepts
• Experience developing and following structured troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong experience with log analysis and root cause investigation
• Ability to correlate signals across systems, services, network paths, and logs
• Strong understanding of enterprise security posture, guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support enterprise Linux/RHEL and Windows environments
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that support enterprise scalability and consistency
• Develop and maintain Ansible automation for infrastructure configuration and operational processes
• Manage and troubleshoot IPsec configurations and network connectivity
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network firewalls and edge networking components
• Apply enterprise standards, documentation practices, compliance requirements, and security guidelines across infrastructure environments
• Support infrastructure automation and consistency across systems and environments
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues using a structured and logical methodology
• Analyze system, application, network, and security logs to identify potential root causes
• Correlate symptoms across operating systems, services, network paths, and logs to efficiently isolate issues
• Troubleshoot TCP networking, routing, firewall, and connectivity issues
• Support virtualized and containerized environments using technologies such as VMware, KVM, Xen, HyperV, LXC, and Docker
• Support and troubleshoot enterprise storage technologies, including SAS, NVMe, iSCSI, network file systems, and object storage such as S3
• Evaluate infrastructure symptoms and challenge assumptions using critical thinking and evidence based analysis
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex infrastructure incidents
• Provide detailed root cause analysis and clear remediation recommendations
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for infrastructure environments and troubleshooting activities
• Support the overall security posture, reliability, scalability, and maintainability of enterprise infrastructure

Education Requirement
• Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
