This role is central to optimizing supply chain processes and ensuring seamless supplier collaboration through advanced systems integration. You'll be at the forefront of data transformation projects, closely partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities - Develop, inspect, mine, and transform data to support engineering productivity and strategic decision-making. - Conduct statistical analysis for predictive forecasting and classification accuracy. - Oversee end-to-end data processing, leveraging custom report-building functions. - Maintain and verify analytical systems, ensuring data integrity and acting as a business liaison. - Collaborate with technical developers and data scientists to define business outcomes and govern analytics capabilities. - Drive supplier on-boarding into Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) and Transportation Management System (TMS). - Communicate strategies and timelines to suppliers, ensuring timely system deployment and acceptance. - Provide daily troubleshooting and support for suppliers regarding SNC/TMS integration. - Prepare status reports and assist with leadership reviews and project progress monitoring. - Track supplier task completion and administer system access based on training fulfillment. - Support project managers, suppliers, and internal customers in problem-solving and process improvement. - Focus on transforming and mapping data between multiple systems. Required Skills and Experience - 15+ years in data analysis or related IT roles. - Proven expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and data transformation. - In-depth experience with supply chain management systems and supplier collaboration. - Strong cross-functional collaboration, consensus-building, and influence skills. - Track record of managing complex data projects and troubleshooting in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills - EWI experience. - SAP CAMS proficiency. - MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience. - Advanced understanding of sourcing processes and supply chain system landscape.
