We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Sr. Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Role Title : Senior Manager - Finance Subject Matter Expert & Go-To-Market Offerings Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Finance SME who brings strong industry experience working within a corporate Finance function and has the ability to translate finance business challenges into scalable consulting, technology, and AI-led market offerings.

The candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading Finance domain go-to-market offerings, engaging with clients and senior stakeholders, defining business process-led solutions, and developing differentiated offerings in areas such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Controls, Shared Services, and Finance Transformation.

A key part of the role will be to create and lead Agentic AI offerings for Finance, identifying use cases where AI agents can automate, augment, and transform finance operations, decision-making, compliance, and reporting.

  • Align finance solutions to enterprise AI platforms and cross-functional data models (procurement, supply chain, HR), ensure reuse of shared AI context, data, and governance layers
  • Assess and define finance data foundation (ERP, master data, reporting structures) and identify gaps impacting automation and AI
  • Lead finance participation across the deal lifecycle-from discovery and solutioning to SOW definition and delivery transition


Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a Finance professional who has lived the realities of corporate Finance operations and can now translate that experience into market-leading solutions. They should be equally comfortable discussing month-end close challenges with a Controller, forecasting pain points with an FP&A leader, transformation priorities with a CFO, and Agentic AI solution concepts with technology and data teams.

Align finance solutions to enterprise AI platforms and cross-functional data models (procurement, supply chain, HR), ensure reuse of shared AI context, data, and governance layers

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance Domain Leadership
  • Serve as the Finance domain SME across client conversations, solution development, and offering creation.
  • Bring practical experience from having worked in an industry Finance department, with hands-on understanding of day-to-day finance operations.

2. Go-to-Market Offering Development
  • Create and lead differentiated Finance domain market offerings aligned to client needs and industry trends.
  • Define the value proposition, target buyer personas, business outcomes, and delivery approach for Finance offerings.


3. Client Advisory and Executive Engagement
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders including CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, FP&A Leaders, Shared Services Heads, and CIO/IT leaders.
  • Lead finance discovery workshops to understand current-state processes, pain points, operating models, and transformation objectives.
  • Translate client challenges into business process improvements, technology-enabled solutions, and AI use cases.
  • Facilitate executive discussions around finance modernization, automation, analytics, AI adoption, and operating model transformation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor who can connect finance process knowledge with technology and business value.


4. Agentic AI Finance Offerings
  • Lead the creation of Agentic AI market offerings for Finance.
  • Define how AI agents can support finance users by automating repetitive tasks, generating insights, recommending actions, and improving decision-making.
  • Work with AI, data, and technology teams to design agent workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, governance models, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure Agentic AI offerings include appropriate controls for accuracy, auditability, explainability, compliance, and risk management.


5. Business Process and Transformation Expertise
  • Define current-state and future-state finance process maps.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, analytics, and operating model improvements.
  • Support Finance transformation initiatives involving ERP, EPM, workflow automation, data platforms, analytics, and AI.
  • Help clients improve finance efficiency, close cycle times, forecasting accuracy, working capital, compliance, and decision support.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technology maturity.


Required Industry Experience

The ideal candidate should have worked in a corporate Finance department within industry before moving into consulting, technology, or advisory roles.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $120,000-$220,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
