Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for operations of the production section, including staff development and marketing support
  • Manage studio staff and balance project workloads with national industrial architecture studios
  • Lead coordination of services across local and national architecture studios and engineering groups
  • Ensure thorough planning, organization, control, and evaluation of work through proactive project management
  • Implement and monitor company policies
  • Select, train, develop, and manage studio staff
  • Develop multidiscipline teams and work collaboratively with other leadership

Full Job Description
In the role of Industrial Architecture Team Lead, we'll count on you to:

  • Take responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, morale, and marketing support
  • Take administrative responsibility for studio staff, including managing team utilization and balancing project workloads both within the area and in coordination with national industrial architecture studios.
  • Lead and coordinate services with other local studios, national industrial architecture studios, and engineering business groups
  • See that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system
  • Implement, monitor and support company policy
  • Select, train, develop and manage studio staff
  • Manage and develop multidiscipline teams
  • Work cooperatively with Managing Principal, Project Managers, and other studio leaders on project staffing
  • Perform other duties as needed
