Your role

• become proficient in the understanding and ability to implement new clients on our equity and financial wellness platforms
• develop hands-on knowledge of all UBS equity systems and implementation procedures
• manage multiple client implementation and corporate action project plans, ensuring steps are completed timely while managing client expectations
• work collaboratively with internal Technology, Operations and Call Center teams
• lead weekly client aligned implementation meetings
• participate in internal implementation team meetings as well as WWS meetings
Your team
WWS is one of the key initiative growth businesses within UBS Wealth Management (WM) and serves as a qualified lead generator for the broader UBS WM business. This team is focused on successfully onboarding new corporate clients and developing the corporate relationship in the process. The team also drives corporate client satisfaction through management of corporate actions and other projects for existing corporate clients.
Your expertise
• ideally, 2+ years of experience in Financial Services industry preferred
• undergraduate degree
• working knowledge of equity (stock options, restricted stock, performance stock, tax mobility, ESPP, etc.
• ability to collaborate across the organization and key stakeholders
• excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize work load
• well-developed analytical and problem solving skills necessary to identify and implement solutions
• proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as experienced with Microsoft MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and OneDrive
• able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining drive and focus as well as able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
• able to manage team priorities and a large workload in a fast-paced environment
• highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner as well as excellent problem solving skills and collaborate well with other people and teams
• you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
