Cultural Fit

We operate with a few core principles that guide how we build, communicate, and deliver for our customers:

Partnerships Over Projects

We don't price by project or gate capabilities behind add-ons. Our model is built around long-term partnership, where design, build, hosting, support, and ongoing updates are all included. As our customers' businesses evolve, their eCommerce platform evolves with them-new features, enhancements, and improvements are part of the relationship, not a new scope.

Break It Fast, Build It Better

We don't treat production like a sandbox. We work to prevent breakage in customer-facing environments, and when a rare issue arises, we fix it quickly and strengthen the system so it doesn't happen again. Development and staging are where we move fast, test thoroughly, and iterate aggressively-so customers experience stability, not chaos.

Control the Chaos

Things will go wrong-what matters is how we respond. We take ownership, act quickly, and stay transparent. We don't wait to be told when something's off-we're already addressing it, making decisions, and keeping things moving.

Why This Role Matters at Nomad

Implementation Engineers play a critical role in ensuring successful customer launches and long-term platform stability. You'll work directly with customers, project coordinators, developers, and support teams to configure, troubleshoot, and implement solutions that connect ecommerce operations with real-world business workflows.

Your work directly impacts customer experience, system reliability, onboarding success, and the overall effectiveness of each implementation. From ERP integrations and data validation to issue resolution and launch readiness, you'll help ensure customers can confidently operate and grow on the Nomad platform.

At Nomad, we value people who take ownership, communicate clearly, solve problems thoughtfully, and remain focused on delivering stable, long-term solutions rather than quick temporary fixes.
