The opportunity:• Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Analyze system behavior, identify bottlenecks, and provide performance improvement recommendations.
• Validate end-to-end integration flows across APIs, applications, middleware, and databases.
• Perform API, backend, and data validation for integrated systems.
• Work closely with development, QA, business, and infrastructure teams for issue triage and resolution.
• Prepare test strategy, test scenarios, execution reports, and quality metrics.
• Support SIT/UAT/release cycles and ensure overall system readiness.

What you need:- Bachelor's Degree in CS or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing / Load Testing / Integration Testing.
• Experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Postman, SoapUI.
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, middleware, and databases.
• Experience in SQL, log analysis, monitoring tools, and performance bottleneck identification.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, and enterprise application testing.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote-USCompensation Range: $78,000-$117,000
