Overview

The IMO Digital & Data Organizational Effectiveness Lead exists to strengthen organizational alignment, leadership coordination, and team effectiveness across the Mars Snacking Integration Management Office (IMO) IMO Digital & Data organization supporting the integration of Mars and Kellanova.

As part of one of the largest and most complex business transformations in Mars Snacking history, this role helps create structure, connectivity, and consistency across teams, leadership forums, and ways of working to support integrated execution at scale. Operating within a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment, the role enables cross-functional coordination, communications flow, leadership rhythms, and organizational visibility to help teams remain aligned, informed, and positioned to execute effectively.

This role requires strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership enablement capabilities, with the ability to work across multiple teams, priorities, and senior stakeholders simultaneously. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, improving team effectiveness, supporting leadership forums, and helping create operational consistency across a highly matrixed global organization.

The successful candidate will act as a connective layer across the broader IMO Digital & Data ecosystem, helping improve collaboration, visibility, engagement, and organizational cohesion while supporting leaders in driving integrated execution across the Mars and Kellanova integration journey.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, All Hands sessions, High Performance Collaboration (HPC) workshops, development planning discussions, and strategic team events, including agendas, materials, logistics, action tracking, and follow-up to help drive alignment and execution across the organization


  • Support IMO Digital & Data leadership with prioritization support, executive readiness, meeting preparation, presentations, talking points, communications, and day-to-day coordination activities


  • Track and follow up on key organizational actions, decisions, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder requests across leadership forums and cross-functional teams


  • Maintain visibility across IMO Digital & Data priorities, milestones, organizational activities, stakeholder engagements, and leadership deliverables to help ensure teams remain aligned, informed, and connected


  • Reinforce consistent and efficient ways of working across the organization, including governance cadences, meeting structures, collaboration channels, documentation management, onboarding experiences, and communication practices


  • Leverage Microsoft Suite tools including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner, Loop, Forms, and Copilot to improve organizational coordination, communication flow, collaboration, visibility, and team effectiveness


  • Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize team operations through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, improved templates, streamlined communications, digital collaboration tools, and more intuitive team experiences


  • Partner closely with PMO, Change Experience, Communications, and leadership teams to coordinate organizational updates, engagement activities, executive forums, and cross-functional initiatives across the broader IMO Digital & Data ecosystem


  • Prepare concise leadership summaries, dashboards, executive updates, presentations, and reporting materials to support visibility, alignment, and leadership decision-making


  • Support onboarding and integration activities for new associates, contractors, and partners joining the IMO Digital & Data organization, helping accelerate connectivity, engagement, and organizational understanding


  • Help coordinate team development planning activities, learning moments, recognition efforts, and engagement initiatives that support team growth, collaboration, and long-term organizational effectiveness


  • Support and reinforce a positive, connected, and high-performing team culture by helping facilitate engagement activities, collaboration rituals, health and wellness moments, and team connection opportunities across the organization


  • Help identify coordination gaps, communication breakdowns, organizational risks, and areas requiring leadership attention, escalating concerns proactively with clear context and recommendations


  • Support planning and execution of organizational communications, leadership workshops, integration-focused events, and team experiences that strengthen collaboration and connectivity across the Mars and Kellanova organizations


  • Serve as a trusted coordination and enablement partner to IMO Digital & Data leadership, helping improve organizational effectiveness, leadership alignment, execution consistency, and overall team experience across the transformation

Education & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field


  • Experience supporting leaders, teams, or cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment


  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with attention to detail and follow-through


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different teams and stakeholders


  • Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, onboarding activities, communications, or team engagement activities


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of presentations, meeting materials, and summaries


  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Planner, Loop, and Copilot


  • Interest in using AI-enabled tools and digital capabilities to improve collaboration and team effectiveness


  • Positive, collaborative, and proactive mindset with strong professionalism and discretion


  • Experience supporting team culture, engagement activities, or organizational initiatives preferred


This is a program, role as part of the Mars Snacking integration program with a planned end date in Dec 2028.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 153,600.00 - USD 211,200.00
