Full Job Description
The Global Capability Center (GCC) Multi-Function Lead is an offering-first practitioner responsible for shaping integrated multi-function operating models that enable successful GCC design and setup. In this role you will provide cross-functional expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving integrated, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.
Responsibilities include:
• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise across shared services functions including Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and other enterprise support functions.
• Work closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current operating landscape, design future-state multi-function service delivery models, and recommend solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Leverage cross-functional expertise to drive process standardization, operational excellence, service integration, and scalable delivery across enterprise functions.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring multi-function capabilities support broader business transformation goals and enable enterprise-wide efficiency and value creation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
Here's what you need:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years supporting Global Capability Center strategy, operations, transformation, or organizational initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, operating model transformation, or related strategic initiatives.
• Experience in 2 or more enterprise functions such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other business support functions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience assessing, designing, or scaling operating models, delivery frameworks, and transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
