Overview

As the Digital Learning & Adoption Lead, you will create the strategy, design, and delivery of digital adoption, learning, capability building, and AI-enabled enablement experiences across the IMO Digital & Data organization. This role is responsible for building a modern enablement ecosystem that helps associates successfully adopt new technologies, processes, data capabilities, and ways of working while accelerating business value realization across the Mars Snacking integration.

As a leader at the intersection of learning, technology, process, and experience, this role will leverage digital adoption platforms, learning technologies, process intelligence, knowledge management, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities to create scalable solutions that help associates learn, perform, and access support directly in the flow of work.

This individual will play a critical role in helping shape the future of workforce enablement across Mars Snacking, ensuring Associates have the knowledge, guidance, and support needed to navigate one of the largest and most complex business integrations in history.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Digital Adoption & Capability Building
  • Define and lead the Digital Adoption, Learning & AI Enablement strategy for the IMO Digital & Data portfolio.
  • Design and implement scalable adoption and capability-building approaches that support technology deployments, process harmonization, operating model evolution, and organizational change.
  • Build a connected enablement ecosystem that links learning platforms, digital adoption technologies, process intelligence, knowledge management, and AI-powered support experiences.
  • Develop adoption strategies that extend beyond formal training to drive sustained behavior change, proficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Change Experience Leads, Program Teams, Product Teams, and business stakeholders to identify adoption risks and implement targeted interventions.


Learning, Enablement & Knowledge Management
  • Design role-based onboarding, learning, and capability-building journeys for Associates across global, regional, and local deployments.
  • Establish governance, standards, methodologies, and operating models for learning and enablement across the Digital & Data portfolio.
  • Build and maintain scalable knowledge management and knowledge transfer capabilities that preserve critical organizational knowledge throughout the integration.
  • Develop performance support solutions, job aids, playbooks, walkthroughs, and self-service resources that enable Associates to learn in the flow of work, whether in markets, on retail floors, or in our factories.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and business teams to translate complex end-to-end processes into intuitive learning and enablement experiences.


AI Enablement & Future of Learning
  • Develop the roadmap for AI-enabled learning and performance support capabilities across IMO Digital & Data.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI to accelerate content creation, curriculum development, assessments, knowledge management, personalization, and enablement operations.
  • Evaluate and pilot Agentic AI capabilities that can provide contextual guidance, facilitate knowledge transfer, answer associate questions, and support learning directly within business workflows.
  • Partner with Digital, Data & Analytics teams to establish responsible, scalable approaches for integrating AI into learning and adoption experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to future-proof learning, adoption, and workforce enablement capabilities.


Global/Regional Deployment & Localization
  • Lead enablement planning and execution across enterprise, regional, and local deployments.
  • Establish translation and localization strategies that ensure learning content is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, and scalable across global audiences.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to balance global standards with local business, regulatory, and market requirements.
  • Leverage AI-powered translation and content generation capabilities to accelerate content development while maintaining quality and governance standards.


Content Creation & Learning Experience Design
  • Lead internal and external content creation resources, agencies, vendors, and learning partners.
  • Develop engaging learning and adoption experiences including infographics, visual communications, interactive content, walkthroughs, multimedia assets, and short-form videos.
  • Establish content standards, templates, and governance processes that enable rapid, high-quality content development.
  • Provide hands-on support for content creation when business priorities, complexity, or timelines require direct involvement.


Measurement, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track learning effectiveness, adoption, proficiency, readiness, and business impact metrics.
  • Leverage process intelligence, adoption analytics, and user insights to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize data to continuously improve learning experiences, adoption strategies, and enablement investments.
  • Communicate outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership through clear reporting and storytelling.

Education & Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Adoption, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Capability Building, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology, ERP, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience building enterprise learning, adoption, or capability-building strategies in global organizations.
  • Experience leading global learning deployments including localization, translation, and regional enablement approaches.
  • Experience managing content development teams, agencies, vendors, or distributed content creator networks.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and experience translating complex process designs into user-centric learning and adoption experiences.
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI and emerging AI technologies to improve learning, enablement, or workforce productivity.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed environments with diverse stakeholder groups and competing priorities.

This is a program, role as part of the Mars Snacking integration program with a planned end date in Dec 2028.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 153,600.00 - USD 211,200.00
