Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Image Processing Engineer to develop advanced algorithms for extracting and analyzing specific features from image datasets. The role involves creating solutions that detect consistency or inconsistency in feature behavior across a sequence of images to derive critical process insights. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MATLAB and have a strong background in statistical analysis, data processing, and scientific programming.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement image processing algorithms using MATLAB
- Extract, analyze, and evaluate image features across datasets to assess process behavior
- Maintain and organize a code library for reuse and scalability
- Debug and troubleshoot custom image/data processing software
- Analyze large datasets ranging from gigabytes to terabytes efficiently
- Apply statistical techniques such as higher-order moments and correlation methods
- Perform curve fitting, signal analysis, and parallel processing in MATLAB
- Ensure consistency with standard engineering principles and scientific methodologies
- Work collaboratively under general supervision while meeting defined objectives
- Prepare documentation and reports to communicate findings internally
Required Skills:High competence in MATLAB programming

- Familiarity with computer vision and feature extraction techniques
Preferred Skills:- Experience working with high-performance computing environments
- Exposure to process analytics or industrial inspection systems
- Prior research or engineering experience in image-based analysis
Education:Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related scientific field
