What You Will Do:
- Maintain and stabilize Okta Identity Governance (OIG) operations as the platform transitions into steady-state service.
- Manage provisioning and deprovisioning tasks, entitlement updates, and identity lifecycle events to support secure and efficient access governance.
- Monitor connector health, synchronization jobs, and identity attribute accuracy to ensure reliable system performance.
- Resolve workflow, provisioning, and governance exceptions, escalating issues as needed to maintain service continuity.
- Maintain runbooks, operations and maintenance (O&M) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and production documentation to support ongoing operations.
- Conduct governance audits, certification cycles, and role-model reviews to help ensure compliance and access integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to support issue resolution, process improvement, and operational readiness.
What You Will Need:
- Five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
- Experience supporting IT operations, identity platforms, or enterprise technology environments.
- Experience with identity governance, access management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle administration.
- Experience monitoring workflows, connectors, sync jobs, and identity data quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, exceptions, and production support incidents.
- Experience developing and maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and technical/operational documentation.
- Experience supporting audits, certifications, or governance review activities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work on site in Washington, DC, 5 days per week.
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD.
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) or other identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms.
- Experience supporting steady-state operations in a cybersecurity or defense-related environment.
- Familiarity with role-model governance, access certification campaigns, and entitlement management processes.
- Experience with process improvement or operational stabilization efforts during technology transitions.
- Prior experience supporting change management, training, or end-user communications for enterprise system rollouts.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
