About the Role

As a Solutions Architect I, you will play a key role in delivering technical pre-sales support, solution design, and partner enablement across a range of technologies and vendor solutions.

This role blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and sales collaboration, making it ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about technology and want to grow into a strategic solutions advisor. You will work closely with sales teams, vendor partners, and resellers to design and present tailored solutions that align with customer business needs and drive real impact.

What You'll Do

Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support
  • Analyze customer requirements, business goals, and existing infrastructure to recommend scalable, cost-effective technology solutions
  • Support the development of solution proposals (RFI/RFP responses) by gathering requirements and refining technical approaches
  • Assist in sizing, design, and configuration of solutions across multiple vendors and technologies

Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Participate in technical discovery sessions, presentations, and demos with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships and serve as a technical resource for sales teams, resellers, and vendor partners
  • Support executive briefings, trade shows, and customer-facing events to showcase TD SYNNEX capabilities

Enablement, Training & Demo Development
  • Deliver technical training and enablement sessions for reseller partners and internal teams
  • Develop and support demo environments and virtual demonstrations to showcase solutions and drive engagement
  • Contribute to the creation of technical content, presentations, and training materials

Collaboration & Continuous Learning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, marketing, and vendor teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Participate in vendor certifications and ongoing technical training to deepen expertise
  • Contribute to solution roadmaps and partner enablement strategies to improve technical adoption and growth
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or IT-related roles
  • Foundational understanding of cloud, data center, networking, or infrastructure technologies
