What You'll DoWarehouse Operations & Logistics- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow.
- Receive, organize, and maintain HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock controls.
- Coordinate equipment and material availability to support daily operations.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage vendor deliveries and inventory replenishment.
Team Support & Leadership- Serve as a key operational resource for field personnel and office staff.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and deployment of equipment and materials.
- Support project execution by ensuring crews have the resources they need to succeed.
- Help develop and improve operational processes and warehouse efficiencies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members while fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to support company growth initiatives.
Process Improvement- Identify opportunities to improve inventory control, workflow efficiency, and operational performance.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with planning and implementing scalable operational procedures as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications- Previous warehouse management, HVAC operations, or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, materials, and industry practices.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience coordinating multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
