ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS MANAGEMENT JOB?This is a full-time, in-office leadership position based in Stratford, CT. The schedule is
Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., requiring a consistent on-site presence to support daily operations and team leadership.
As our HVAC Service Manager, you'll spend your days leading a team of HVAC technicians, plumbing technicians, customer service representatives, and dispatchers while ensuring the department operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll coordinate scheduling and dispatch operations, oversee budgets, monitor inventory levels, and manage vehicle maintenance programs to keep everything running effectively. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, providing solutions that strengthen customer satisfaction and trust. Throughout the day, you'll offer technical guidance, assist with advanced troubleshooting, keep your team informed on evolving industry technologies and code requirements, identify growth opportunities, generate sales leads, support estimates, and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations. Most importantly, you'll create a productive, positive workplace culture that helps both employees and the business succeed.

- 8+ years of HVAC experience
- Current CT HVAC License
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, repair, and maintenance

- Skills in budgeting, sales, and performance metrics
- Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
