What you will do

Under general supervision oversees required day-to-day activities of field technician team and plans monthly technician routes. Analyzes team performance and recommends changes to ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. Maintains customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals. Ensures safety compliance.

How you will do it

  • Supervises and provides leadership for assigned teams, ensuring developmental plans are in place.

  • Leads the execution efforts of assigned business, ensuring consistency of delivery systems and supervising business plans.

  • Proactively coordinates the team27s work with sales to ensure all opportunities are supported, optimizing outcomes for the customer.

  • Raises potential market opportunities to the attention of the appropriate branch or region resource for strategic direction.

  • Ensures serviced account portfolios achieve growth, proper profit levels, and customer satisfaction.

  • Recommends and supports staffing requirements for the assigned business.

  • Implements plans to comply with and monitors standards for HVAC operations, auditing effectiveness and driving improvements through accountability and collaboration.

  • Ensures that contractual obligations are completed, and customer satisfaction is achieved.

  • Drives service and installation operational review meetings, ensuring accuracy in bids and estimates.

  • Analyzes operations processes, providing innovative recommendations for improvements while fostering a culture of continuous learning and problem-solving.

  • Recruits, hires, and retains operational staff, preparing and delivering performance expectations, reviews, and development plans.

  • Performs other duties related to customer satisfaction, deploying pivotal initiatives to teams, and maintaining team business plans.

What we look for

Required

  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services.

  • Three (3) years of experience in management role with responsibility for the productivity and development of others.

Preferred

  • Bachelor27s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent working experience.

  • Johnson Controls Metasys experience

  • Eight (8) years27 experience in an operational HVAC role with leadership responsibilities

  • Six Sigma Green Belt

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $ $89,000 - $134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
