Please continue reading to learn more about these vacancies.Learning and Organizational Development:The Learning & Organizational Development team is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional to serve as the backbone of our operational success. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our learning ecosystem by managing the day-to-day administration, coordination, and technical support that keeps our programs running seamlessly. You will act as a primary point of contact for our Learning Management System, where you will maintain system integrity, update course content, and provide essential troubleshooting for department administrators. Beyond systems, you will be responsible for the logistical execution of instructor-led trainings, New Employee Orientation, and key programs like TAP, ensuring smooth scheduling, room bookings, and effective participant communication.
Beyond core program management, this position plays a vital role in maintaining our team's digital resources and operational efficiency. You will manage intake requests, monitor shared inboxes, and ensure that our SharePoint content, event calendars, and newsletters remain accurate and user-friendly. By leveraging tools like Microsoft Forms, you will create clear guides and templates for internal users and support the administration of surveys to help inform team improvements. Recruitment DivisionHuman Resources (HR) Technician is a key support role in HR, ensuring that processes run smoothly and providing technical assistance and support for users of our various HR systems. HR Technician will frequently a first point of contact for employees and job candidates, provide administrative support to assigned programs, and utilize various HR systems to implement and support activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, personnel changes, performance management, and HR analytics/reporting.
ABOUT YOU Learning and Organizational Development:Our ideal candidate is a tech savvy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting learning operations across a variety of systems, tools, and workflows. You are comfortable navigating and maintaining the Learning Management System, creating and updating courses, assisting department administrators, and troubleshooting common technical issues.
You excel at organizing and coordinating logistics for instructor-led trainings, New Employee Orientation, and special programs like TAP-ensuring smooth scheduling, room booking, communication, and learner support. You manage intake requests, monitor shared inboxes, maintain Share Point content and event calendars, and help keep newsletters, HUB pages, and public-facing information timely and accurate.
You are resourceful with digital tools such as Share Point and Microsoft Forms and can create clear guides, templates, and easy-to-follow instructions for internal users. You support survey administration and use the results to inform team discussions and improvements, without serving as the primary owner of complex data or analytics.
You are dependable, collaborative, and adaptable-comfortable balancing recurring workflows with project-based tasks, providing light event support, coordinating supplies, and stepping in wherever technical or operational support is needed in L&OD.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSESHuman Resources TechnicianOne year of experience as a Human Resources Technician Trainee;
OR completion of two years of college with major course in business or personnel administration, or field closely related to the work and one year of office administrative or technical support experience, preferably in a personnel setting. Additional human resources experience may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis.
