Primary Responsibilities Leads the HR function for two manufacturing sites by partnering with operational leaders to drive business results through human capital strategy, employee engagement, talent acquisition, labor relations, leadership coaching, policy development, and people leadership. Acts as a member of the plant leadership team.
- Partner with manufacturing team to develop and execute human capital strategies to deliver business results at two manufacturing sites.
- Build a strong culture within each plant by working with the manufacturing team and hourly team members to ensure that employees feel valued and engaged.
- Develop, implement, and support strategic full cycle recruitment plans for hourly and salaried workforce.
- Partner with manufacturing team to cultivate positive labor and employee relations for union and non-team members.
- Coach and influence leaders and team members on company policies and practices, as well as applicable federal and state regulations to ensure fair and consistent delivery of human resource services.
- Lead team of HR team members in accordance with Sub-Zero Group leadership principles.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Contributes to a cooperative, team environment by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related activities as needed and/or requested.
