Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee employee relations, leave administration, talent acquisition, and HR compliance across a multi-state workforce. This role will serve as a key partner to leaders and employees, helping drive a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
  • Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes.
  • Administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and state-specific leave requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Support onboarding, employee development, retention initiatives, and workforce planning.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, reporting, and employee records.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience supporting employees in multiple states and interpreting multi-state employment laws.
  • Strong leave of absence administration experience, including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and state leave programs.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
  • Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Pay and Benefits
