TouchBistro is looking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to our People team. What You'll Do
  • Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, providing coaching across performance, engagement, employee relations, and team effectiveness
  • Bring both strategy and execution, from org design and talent planning to hands-on problem solving
  • Use people data and insights to guide decisions and influence outcomes
  • Simplify and optimize HR processes through automation and continuous improvement
  • Coach managers to become stronger, more confident people leaders
  • Support and advise on employee relations matters with sound judgment and care
  • Partner cross-functionally with all teams across the business to deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Contribute to building and evolving policies, programs, and frameworks.
  • Stay current on employment legislation and best practices
What You Bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HRBP role
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders at all levels

The final offer amount for this role will depend on geographical region, applicable experience, and the skillset of the candidate.

Salary is based on relevant skills, experience, and internal equity. This posting reflects an existing vacancy. Salary Range

$95,000-$110,000 CAD
