Full Job Description
Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a motivated Human Resources Business Partner for our Philadelphia Headquarters who excels the more complex functions of HR and can provide best practices and strategic recommendations to business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities
• Support Managers and Talent Acquisition team in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy
• Partner with Learning and Development Manager to research and recommend appropriate employee training.
• Review key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders
• Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes, driving best practice across functions
• Lead or facilitate employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
• Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives
• Answer HR Benefits questions, participate in Open Enrollment presentation delivery to offices
• Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Partner with HR Manager on complex employee relations issues.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention by providing advice, coaching and creating development plans when necessary
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation and supports employee lifecycle administration, including processing personnel changes, maintaining accurate employee records, and executing day-to-day HR operations.

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5-8 years of complex HR experience
• Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, federal and state employment laws
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Education and Experience
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Experience with ATS (ADP Preferred)
