Responsibilities

Full Job Description
THE ROLE

Partners with assigned client groups, acting as HRBP to Business Unit Leaders. Contributes to business outcomes by effectively implementing talent strategies. Supports Business unit leaders through HR programmes, including performance management, talent assessment and development. Supports alignment with HR COE teams and influences HR priorities based on business unit strategy and objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work independently with minimal guidance to support implementation of talent strategies for assigned business units.
  • Contributes to design & implementation of HR solutions that create value for assigned business unit.
  • In partnership with Sr HRBP, has solid understanding of business unit strategy & objectives. Shares business unit insights with Sr HRBP to influence HR programmes and planning.
  • Articulates HR programmes and philosophies to BU leaders, influences and supports functional implementation.
  • Supports business leaders through performance management and talent reviews.
  • Supports business through change, provides solutions to ensure effective implementation of change programmes.
  • Demonstrates inclusive behaviour, seeks out diverse perspectives and contributes to an environment of open communication.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5-6 + years progressive Human Resources experience; knowledge and experience in financial services industry preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with middle management.
  • Solid consulting, coaching, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with a wide range of internal contacts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
  • Solid organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to protect and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Experience supporting business through organizational change.

Base Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $126,000.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.
At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation. For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position. This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
  • MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
  • Education Assistance: MFS contributes $100 monthly up to $10,000 lifetime maximum directly to loan provider
  • Education Assistance: Tuition reimbursement up to $8,000 annually
  • Education Assistance: Access to discounted tutors and college coaches
