Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Partner with business leaders and employees to drive talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate and implement Human Resources programs including performance management, talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on Human Resources policies, practices, and employee relations matters.
  • Lead employee relations investigations and support the resolution of workplace concerns while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits teams to execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Coach leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, employee development, team performance, and workplace culture.
  • Support organizational changes, workforce transitions, communication strategies, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local Human Resources processes while adapting programs to meet business needs within established guidelines.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance organizational performance and employee experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience across multiple Human Resources disciplines, including employee relations and talent management.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience influencing business leaders and driving organizational change in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and provide sound judgment on complex people-related matters.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations and diverse employee populations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working within a shared services model; Workday experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
  • Professional certification such as Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, or Senior Professional in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational development, workforce planning, or culture transformation initiatives.
