The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for partnering with The United States Playing Card Company manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX.
What you'll do as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP):- Align People Strategy with Business Goals: Build trusted partnerships with leaders across the organization to influence decision-making, drive alignment with company policies and values, and proactively identify business needs. Leverage these relationships to develop and implement strategic HR solutions that support business objectives and workforce success.
- Employee Relations & Workforce Engagement: Advise management on people-related matters to foster an engaged, effective workforce.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to attract and integrate top talent.
- Workforce Planning & Performance Management: Identify and address workforce challenges, promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and employee satisfaction.
- HR Policy & Compliance Support: Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- HR Operations & Transactions: Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, benefits administration, and HR system updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- HR Program Coordination: Support payroll, benefits, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with:- Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent progressive work experience; HR certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years in HR with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- HR Systems: Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- Knowledge & Compliance: Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, payroll, benefits, health, and safety regulations.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be bilingual: English & Spanish
- Ability to travel quarterly.
- Proven ability to provide effective customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills in a high-volume, multitasking environment.
- Integrity & Ethics: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism, and ethical judgment.

Physical requirements and working conditions:Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:
- Move through the entire facility to attend to various issues
- Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead
- Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
