What We Are Looking For

We're searching for an HR professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to the table.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)
  • Deep understanding of California employment law
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset


Position Pay Range

$110,000-$120,000 USD
