As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a vital role in aligning business objectives with people strategies. You'll partner with leaders and employees to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving strategic alignment of people and business goals across departments.
- Partnering with managers to cultivate strong working relationships, boost morale, and improve retention.
- Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to bring in exceptional people who thrive in our culture.
- Shaping and executing an employee engagement strategy that fosters belonging and growth.
- Leading and facilitating performance and development programs that connect individual goals to company success.
- Partnering on succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
- Managing complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.
- Using data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standards
What We Are Looking ForWe're searching for an HR professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to the table.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)
- Deep understanding of California employment law
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
Position Pay Range
$110,000-$120,000 USD
