Full Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Analyst to support People Operations across recruiting, onboarding, HR data management, compensation analysis, and employee engagement. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence in our HR processes and supporting our teams through data-driven insights and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, people-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Data Management
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, turnover, compensation, PTO usage, and other HR metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating with Finance and HR leadership to ensure timely and accurate information.

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruiting logistics, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the candidate evaluation process.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Lead new hire onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

Employee Support & Experience
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and internal processes.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company-wide events.
  • Support performance review cycles and help track employee development initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Development
  • Ensure internal documentation stays current, including policies, handbooks, and process guidelines.
  • Assist with compliance audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory filings.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure People Operations align with business needs.


Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field.

Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or People Analytics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto, Deel) and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
