What would you be doing?- Promote health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices among employees and subcontractors.
- Provide technical expertise and support for HSE training and development.
- Manage WCB in partnership with Human Resources.
- Assist management with incident investigations and reporting. Ensure cause and corrective actions are implemented.
- Advise on compliance related to OHS and company standards.

Qualifications- Certification as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and/or Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (OHS) preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with HSE Management Systems and audit tools, including Alberta Partnerships Certificate of Recognition (COR).
- Relevant safety tickets: WHMIS, CSTS-09, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
- Ability to lead a team of HSE Advisors effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
