Job Description

In this role, you'll serve as the primary owner of our Dayforce Time & Labor platform - configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving the system to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient timekeeping across the organization. You'll also support the broader People Systems ecosystem, helping to maintain and optimize our other HRIS platforms as needed. You'll be a key technical partner to our HR, Payroll and People Operations teams, translating business needs into smart system solutions that scale with our growing workforce.
What You'll Do
  • Support the optimization, design, and ongoing maintenance of People systems with a focus on Dayforce Time & Labor and Oracle HCM
  • Act as a subject matter expert by addressing system-related issues and offering technical support to end users in both Dayforce Time & Labor and Oracle HCM
  • Streamline operational workflows throughout the employee lifecycle to improve data integrity and scalability
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and manage project delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system functions, processes, and configurations
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Dayforce to support HR and business decision-making
  • Support system releases and updates, assessing impact, coordinating testing, and deploying changes with minimal business disruption
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of HRIS or People Systems experience, with hands-on Dayforce Time & Labor configuration experience required
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and kindly across the entire organization
  • Detail-oriented with project management skills needed to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to own system configuration projects independently from requirements through deployment
  • A highly analytical problem solver who enjoys interpreting complex data to find actionable insights
Extra Credit
  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation or support
  • Previous experience working with ADP
  • Familiarity managing data governance in alignment with SOX
