About the role

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and maintain our global People systems across a diverse portfolio of operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate system configuration, reliable data, and effective day-to-day system performance supporting employees and leaders across multiple regions. Additionally, this role will be responsible for standing up a new HRIS system supporting approximately 1,000 employees across the globe and managing the vendor relationships with the HRIS platform.

This role is suited for a systems-focused HR professional who works at the intersection of HR, data, and technology. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to support system configurations, upgrades, and issue resolution across core HR and benefits systems while helping to drive consistency and standardization across regions. This role reports to the HR Manager.

You will also support Global Process Lead (GPL) activities for assigned processes, contributing to governance, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintain and support HR and benefits systems, including system configuration, updates, and day-to-day functionality
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and testing cycles (UAT), partnering with IT and functional teams to validate changes
  • Support Global Process Lead (GPL) activities, including process documentation, governance, and standardization across regions
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across HR systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Support benefits system processes, including plan updates, employee eligibility, and coordination with vendors
  • Support HR processes through system transactions, integrations, and reporting needs
  • Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Provide training and support to HR teams and end users on system functionality and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and escalate recommendations as appropriate
  • Evaluate different HRIS platforms for functionality and ease of use, ultimately driving the implementation of a new HRIS to support the business
  • Participate in all aspects of new HRIS implementation including project scope definition, identifying risks and dependencies, configure user testing, train end users, and assisting with post-project hyper care

Required for Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or systems-related roles
  • Experience supporting HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar), including configurations and system updates
  • Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, or testing cycles (UAT)
  • Experience supporting benefits systems or administration (e.g., health and welfare, retirement, or vendor platforms) preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site or global environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle, payroll interfaces, and data management
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and reporting

  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP
  • HRIP (Human Resource Information Professional) or similar HRIS-focused certification
  • Workday Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR system certifications
  • CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) or similar benefits-related certification
