HR Project & Analytics Manager

About This Role:

Workplace Arrangements

This is a hybrid role out of our Ottawa Home Office on Walkley road. You can expect to work onsite 2-3 days/week.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive planning execution and implementation of HR initiatives- ensuring timelines, scope, risks and stakeholder expectations are managed to deliver measurable outcomes

  • Coordinate change management, communication, and engagement activities to build awareness, understanding, and commitment among leaders and employees.

  • Manage the review and update of policies, procedures, frameworks, and supporting documentation impacted by the talent model.

  • Collaborate with COES, HRBPs, IS and Operations to streamline processes, standardize practices, and ensure solutions are aligned with policy, compliance, and organizational priorities

  • Monitor performance implementation solutions, gather feedback, refine processes, and support change management activities to ensure successful adoption and sustained impact.

  • Design, maintain, and automate metrics, dashboards, reports, and data models that translate HR data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

  • Assess current HR workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and deploy automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy and employee experience.



What You'll Bring:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years managing cross-functional projects, programs, or business transformation initiatives.

  • 2+ years experience supporting change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.

  • 2+ years experience documenting and improving business processes, policies, and operating procedures.

  • 2+ years experience gathering, analyzing, and reporting workforce or business data to support decision making.

  • Strong project management, organization, planning, and prioritization skills.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Advanced relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.



Assets You May Have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci, Change Management, Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification.

  • Experience implementing talent management, performance management, compensation, or HR transformation programs.

  • Experience working with Workday or other Human Capital Management systems.

  • Experience developing executive dashboards and workforce analytics.

  • Experience supporting automation, reporting, or process optimization initiatives.

  • Power BI, Python or other large data model experience.

$84,200.00 - $126,300.00

Short Term Incentive Plan

Bonus - Short-Term Incentive Plan, 15% Annual

Retirement Support

Bonus - Management Profit Sharing Plan (MPSP), 15% Annual

Short Term Incentive Plan: This role includes an annual bonus opportunity based on the percentage of base salary listed above, with payout determined by company and individual performance.
